Primary care services include assessing your health, providing a diagnosis, providing cancer screening and offering treatment for conditions and/ or minor injuries. Our clinical team can also assist with monitoring and management of chronic diseases and conditions such as diabetes, COPD and hypertension. We believe that prevention of disease and health promotion are powerful strategies towards healthy living and as such disease prevention practices and health education are routinely discussed during a client visit.


We offer all routine childhood, adolescent, and adult immunizations as recommended by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit and the Ontario Ministry of Health- as well as catch up immunizations for adults and children. Flu immunization clinics are offered throughout the Fall and Winter months.

Cardio Prevent Program

In partnership with the Ottawa Heart Institute this program assists people who are at RISK of developing cardiovascular diseases and offers a customized lifestyle program complete with regular health coaching, regular follow up and guidance. Part of our lung health & smoking cessation programs, this in office test allows us to better understand how your lungs are working.

Smoking Cessation

We are excited to announce that we have adding the Ottawa Model for Smoking Cessation into our  program portfolio.  This program has been effective in helping people quit smoking and stay smoke free.   We can offer you support, resources and specialized smoking cessation counseling. As a clinic we will be Asking, Advising and Acting to reduce tobacco addiction. Group support sessions in conjunction with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit are also available. Physiotherapy Services

We are pleased to announce the addition of Physiotherapy services to our programming in 2015. This can assist with client wellness, mobility and  independent function. Physiotherapy may assist  with:

  • Musculoskeletal conditions and pain related to activities or injuries at work, leisure or sports
  • Falls prevention and instability
  • Degenerative changes due to aging and/or arthritis
  • Neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s
  • Urological changes and pelvic discomfort related to men’s and women’s health
